HOW TO USE: - Before using the Product shake well simply beat, stir the container as powder contents may settle down. Approx. 25 gms (2 non heaped/leveled scoop) scoop inside the jar With 250-300 ml of skimmed milk with 2 bananas and other fruits and nuts for preparing delicious nutritious shake as per flavor.
